I am experiencing the same thing. Verizon is my carrier. Talked to them yesterday and they said it is a blackberry server issue.

I cannot access my bbm icon on my menu list,got lost and I want to download it again on my BBM Especially because of the fact you can communicatie with people with no blackberry!
